I am Lyonga M. Mbesa, a purpose-driven creative, dynamic speaker, and seasoned community development expert with over a decade of experience transforming ideas into action. My work sits at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and grassroots impact—building bridges between people, policies, and potential.
My journey began with a deep desire to see underserved communities thrive, not just survive. Over the years, I’ve combined my skills in strategic communication, social innovation, and participatory development to create lasting change across various sectors including youth empowerment, education, cultural preservation, and entrepreneurship.

is a Cameroonian creative entrepreneur, community development expert, and international speaker. He is the founder of Maffystudio, a branding and creative consultancy that supports pan-African startups with rebranding and strategic identity development.
He also serves as the Executive Director of the Creative Corner Foundation (CCF), a community-based organization focused on empowering women and children through vocational training, digital education, and creative initiatives. Under his leadership, the foundation promotes innovation, local engagement, and sustainable development in communities across Cameroon and Central/West Africa.
His work combines creativity and development strategy, with a strong emphasis on community co-creation, cultural relevance, and long-term impact. He has over a decade of experience supporting youth empowerment, social change, and inclusive growth through creative and locally rooted approaches.
About His Family & Hobbies
Lyonga is a father to 2 amazing girls and married and loves family, playing football and his favorite club is Manchester United.
He also loves travelling and learning from different cultures and people, His favorite philosophy is “Your mindset is Everything”
